i need some tips and tricks on Thing-Thing 4

i can't pass the Genetic Research Lab 5 in Hard Mode

Weapons i've used: Hades Rifle Benelli M4 Deasert Eagle and Guass Shot Gun

i've already gotten the sword and all weapons but the N.U.K.E ,so if anybody has some tips for the gamein hard mode,tell me hereor PM me :P
